Is it sexual harassment if you use a paddle? I was thinking as long as you didn't use your hand you where all right.
We may want to ask so we can get some clarity on this issue. We don't want to be caught with our pants down.
Uh,...I checked with HR, and they said they appreciated your point but the paddle is a no-go. And as far as 'caught with your pants down', paddle or not,this is a definite no-no.
